Refund policy

Shipping & Delivery

* Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
* Please inspect your order upon delivery.
* If there is any issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
* Refused deliveries without valid reason may incur shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
* Damaged or broken product.
* Wrong item received.
* The product must remain unused and in its original condition.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, refunds are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.
* Exceptional refund requests are reviewed by our support team.
* Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

 

 

أولاً: الشحن والاستلام

* يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال ٢ إلى ٥ أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب.
* برجاء التأكد من سلامة الطلب عند الاستلام.
* في حالة وجود أي مشكلة، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من وقت الاستلام.
* في حالة رفض استلام الطلب بدون سبب واضح، قد يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

ثانياً: الاستبدال

* يتم قبول الاستبدال فقط في حالة:
* وجود كسر أو تلف بالمنتج.
* وصول منتج مختلف عن المطلوب.
* يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

ثالثاً: الاسترجاع

* نظراً لطبيعة منتجات العطور، لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع بعد فتح أو استخدام المنتج.
* في الحالات الاستثنائية، يتم مراجعة طلب الاسترجاع من فريق الدعم قبل الموافقة عليه.
* في حال الموافقة، يتم رد المبلغ خلال ٧ إلى ١٤ يوم عمل
