Conditions for Returns:
- Candles must be unused and in their original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items to be returned in original packaging.
Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you. Please provide verification of the damage by emailing clear photos of the damaged item to demurefragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
